Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 box seedless raisins
  • water
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1/3 to 1/2 box brown sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • unbaked tart shells

Instructions

  1. Cover the raisins with water and bring to a boil; then drain.
  2. Stir in the egg, brown sugar, and a pinch of salt into the raisins.
  3. Fill the unbaked tart shells with the raisin mixture.
  4. Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 15 minutes, or 10 minutes for small tarts.
