Ingredients

  • 1 package Ramen Beef
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 or 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 ounces beef
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine

Instructions

  1. Cook the beef with 1/2 tablespoon of margarine in a small saucepan until no longer pink.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of water and the beef seasoning packet to the pan; cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain well, and stir in 1 tablespoon of margarine.
  4. Add the sour cream to the beef mixture and thicken the sauce with flour.
  5. Serve the sauce over the cooked noodles.
