Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 lb. beef roast
  • 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup broth
  • 3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • hamburger buns
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Cook beef roast until tender; cool slightly.
  3. Shred beef and place in a saucepan.
  4. Add brown sugar, broth, prepared mustard, catsup, Liquid Smoke, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Serve warm on hamburger buns.
  7. Melt cheese over beef, if desired.
