- Mix sour cream, cream cheese and Ranch mix; set aside. Pound chicken breasts flat. Place 3 to 4 tablespoons of Ranch mixture on 1/2 of chicken, then fold chicken over. Beat eggs, then dip chicken into egg wash. Bread chicken with a mixture of flour and bread crumbs. Seal the edges with toothpicks. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.
