Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 8 slices bread

Instructions

  1. Brown bacon, green pepper, and onion in a skillet until bacon is done.
  2. Remove drippings, leaving 1 tablespoon in the skillet.
  3. Mix eggs with grated cheese.
  4. Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the bacon, green pepper, and onion in the skillet.
