Juicy shrimp stuffed with spicy jalapeno and creamy Colby cheese, wrapped in crispy bacon—perfect for grilling and sharing at outdoor gatherings.

Ingredients

  • fresh jumbo shrimp
  • jalapeno peppers
  • Colby cheese
  • bacon

Instructions

  1. Split the cleaned and deveined jumbo shrimp and remove the heads.
  2. Place a quarter sliver of jalapeno pepper and a sliver of Colby cheese inside each shrimp.
  3. Wrap each stuffed shrimp with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
  4. Season with a little salt if desired.
  5. Grill the wrapped shrimp for a few minutes until the bacon is crispy and the shrimp are cooked through.
