Ingredients

  • 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 c. raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Melt the unsweetened chocolate.
  2. Cream the margarine, beaten eggs, and sugar together, then add the melted chocolate.
  3. Stir in the flour and chopped walnuts.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
  5. Drop teaspoonfuls of raspberry jam over the surface of the batter.
  6. Swirl the jam into the batter with a fork.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes.
