Ingredients

  • 1 deep dish pie shell
  • 1 small package cream cheese
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 box frozen raspberries, thawed and drained
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream cheese and egg yolks until well combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the condensed milk and lemon juice.
  3. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the milk and lemon juice mixture.
  4. Gently fold in the thawed and drained raspberries.
  5. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form to make the meringue.
  6. Spread the meringue on top of the raspberry filling.
  7. Bake at 350°F until the meringue is light brown, about 15 minutes.
  8. Refrigerate the pie until ready to serve.
