Raspberry Filled White Chocolate Bars

- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Melt butter in a small pan over low heat. Remove from heat.
- Add 1 cup of the vanilla chips to the melted butter. Let stand without stirring.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until well combined.
- Stir in the flour, salt, and almond extract or Amaretto liqueur.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining vanilla chips evenly over the batter.
- Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool slightly before cutting into bars and serving.
