Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. Raspberry Jello
  • 2 1/2 C. Hot Water
  • 2/3 C. Carrots, shredded
  • 2/3 C. Celery, cut up
  • 1/2 C. Nuts, chopped
  • 1 large can Crushed Pineapple, with juice

Instructions

  1. Line the mold with mayonnaise.
  2. In a large bowl, dissolve the raspberry Jello in hot water.
  3. Add shredded carrots, chopped celery, chopped nuts, and crushed pineapple with juice to the Jello mixture.
  4. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared mold.
  6. Refrigerate until the Jello is set.
