Ingredients

  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 3 cups raw apples, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. Mix oil, sugar, and eggs until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, cloves, and allspice.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir well.
  5. Stir in sour cream and coconut until evenly incorporated.
  6. Add finely chopped raw apples and mix well.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 50 minutes or until the crust breaks away and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
