Raw Spinach Salad
A fresh and vibrant spinach salad combining tender greens, ripe tomatoes, green onions, and crunchy celery, topped with dressing and garnished with a hard-cooked egg for a wholesome meal.

Instructions
- Chill all ingredients.
- Carefully wash spinach leaves through 3 or 4 waters.
- Drain well and chill.
- Shred coarsely with kitchen scissors and combine with tomatoes, green onions, celery and salt.
- Drizzle dressing over the top and toss lightly until vegetables are well coated with dressing.
- Garnish with a hard-cooked egg.
- Serve immediately on individual plates.
