Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 3 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 2 c. seedless red grapes, halved
  • 8 oz. box Cool Whip or whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple, reserving 2 tablespoons of juice.
  2. Set the pineapple aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the reserved pineapple juice, softened cream cheese, and mayonnaise until fluffy.
  4. Stir in the pineapple, miniature marshmallows, and halved red grapes.
  5. Fold in the Cool Whip or whipping cream until well combined.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
