Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup caramel ice cream topping
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 9-inch pie crust
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine caramel topping, chocolate chips, and pecan pieces.
  2. Spread the caramel mixture in the bottom of the pie crust.
  3. In a small bowl, beat together cream cheese, egg, and sugar until smooth.
  4. Gently spread the cream cheese mixture over the caramel layer in the pie crust.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
  6. Cool completely before serving.
  7. Refrigerate leftovers.
