Ingredients

  • 6 oz lime jello
  • 2 c hot water
  • 1 lb marshmallows
  • 2 c whipped cream
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 2 c finely chopped celery
  • 1 lb cream cheese
  • 1 c chopped walnuts
  • 1 c drained crushed pineapple
  • 6 oz cherry jello

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lime jello in hot water.
  2. Add marshmallows and let melt completely.
  3. Soften cream cheese and beat until smooth.
  4. Add mayonnaise and beat until fluffy.
  5. Combine the cheese mixture with the dissolved lime jello, chopped celery, walnuts, and crushed pineapple.
  6. Gently fold in whipped cream.
  7. Dissolve cherry jello in hot water and let cool.
  8. Pour the cherry jello over the lime jello and cheese mixture once cooled.
  9. Refrigerate until set before serving.
