Ingredients

  • 1 cup softened butter
  • 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-1/4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package Reeses Pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together softened butter, light brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract and eggs; mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in the Reeses Pieces until evenly distributed.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  9. Allow cookies to cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
