Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup Kraft salad dressing
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • little bit of onion flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine lemon jello and boiling water; let set until leathery but not fully set.
  2. Add diced celery, diced cucumber, Kraft salad dressing, cottage cheese, and onion flakes to the jello mixture.
  3. Mix well and pour into a mold or 9 x 9-inch square pan.
  4. Refrigerate until fully set, then serve.
