- Boil vinegar, oil and sugar.
- Heat until sugar is dissolved well.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Let cool; pour over vegetables. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
- Keeps real well in covered jar.
- Cutting the vegetables real fine will make a more attractive dish.
