Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large Cool Whip
  • 2 packages chocolate instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, margarine, and chopped nuts to form a pastry dough.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish, shaping up the sides to form a crust.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
  4. Allow the crust to cool completely.
  5. Beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and creamy.
  6. Fold in the large Cool Whip until well combined.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  8. Mix the chocolate instant pudding with milk according to package instructions and pour over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Spread a small amount of Cool Whip on top of the pudding layer.
  10. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
