- Cook noodles and drain.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef, chopped onion, and chopped celery until meat is browned and onion is tender.
- Drain off excess fat.
- Stir in tomato sauce and salt, then heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in cottage cheese, sour cream, and cream cheese, then add cooked noodles.
- Pour the mixture into an ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Slice the tomato and arrange on top.
- Cover and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
