Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 5 beef bouillon cubes
  • 26 oz water
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Into a 7 x 11-inch baking dish, put melted margarine; add onions, then rice.
  2. Mix bouillon cubes, water, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Pour the mixture over the rice in the baking dish.
  4. Ensure water is absorbed during baking when the rice is done.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
