Rick's Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 3 bananas, ripe, smashed ⓘ
- 12 cup vegetable oil ⓘ
- 1 cup sugar ⓘ
- 2 eggs ⓘ
- 2 cups flour, all purpose unbleached ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon baking soda ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract ⓘ
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips ⓘ
- 12 cup nuts ⓘ
- 12 cup raisins ⓘ
- 12 cup dried cranberries
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg ⓘ
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix together all the ingredients.
- Lightly grease two loaf pans and pot the batter inches Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
