Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pork, cut into bite size pieces
  • 2 lb. beef stew meat
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 5 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 4 Tbsp. ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
  • 2 (12 oz.) bottles Budweiser beer
  • 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped

Instructions

  1. Brown all meat and drain well.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  3. Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
