Ingredients

  • 2 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/3 c. diced onion

Instructions

  1. Combine tomato soup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a saucepan.
  2. Heat the sauce until almost boiling, then simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Pour the sauce over cooked and sliced carrots.
  4. Marinate the carrots in the sauce for at least 2 hours.
  5. Reheat before serving, if prepared in advance.
