Ingredients

  • 1 lb. round steak, cut in thin strips
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour

Instructions

  1. Brown the steak with chopped onion.
  2. Heat the beef broth to boiling.
  3. Mix the sour cream with flour and stir into the broth.
  4. Add mushrooms and season to taste.
  5. Combine all ingredients and cook in a slow oven for about an hour.
  6. Serve over hot noodles or rice.
