Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crystallized cherries
  • 1 lb. crystallized pineapple
  • 1 box white raisins
  • 1 lb. English walnuts
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1/2 lb. coconut
  • 1 lb. box Ritz crackers
  • 1 lb. marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Cut all the crystallized cherries, crystallized pineapple, raisins, English walnuts, pecans, coconut, and marshmallows into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Crumble the Ritz crackers into small pieces.
  3. Mix all the cut ingredients together in a large bowl.
  4. Heat the milk in a double boiler and melt the marshmallows in the milk.
  5. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the mixed ingredients and stir well to combine.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or mold and refrigerate for several hours or until firm.
