Ingredients

  • 2 lb beef roast
  • 6 to 8 large potatoes
  • 4 large carrots
  • 3 small, 2 medium or 1 large onion
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Wash and place beef roast in a medium-sized Reynolds oven bag, following the bag instructions.
  3. Bake the beef roast in the oven for 1 hour.
  4. Peel and cube potatoes and carrots; peel and slice the onion; cut off tips of celery and cube.
  5. Open the cooking bag and place the potatoes, carrots, onion, and celery inside.
  6. Reseal the bag and bake for an additional hour.
