Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 bunch celery and leaves, chopped fine (2 to 2 1/2 cups)
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) package noodles
  • 2 cans condensed tomato soup
  • 1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms and liquid
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat from the meat.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of water to the skillet with the meat.
  4. Add chopped celery, onions, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet.
  5. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
