- Place the emu steaks side by side inside the bag in a large roasting pan, ensuring they are not layered.
- Sprinkle lemon pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce onto the steaks.
- Add beef broth to the bottom of the bag, ensuring all meat is kept in the liquid.
- Sprinkle the chopped onion on top of the steaks.
- Close the bag with a tie and make six 1-inch slits in the top of the bag.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 2 hours.
