Ingredients

  • 6 to 9 medium red bell peppers
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 to 4 anchovy fillets, chopped
  • 4 medium garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Place whole peppers on a baking sheet.
  2. Broil the peppers, turning them as the sides become charred.
  3. Once all the peppers are charred all over, place them in a sealed plastic bag and let steam for about 15 minutes.
