Robinson Caesar Salad

- Rub inside of wooden bowl with crushed garlic. Add 4 drops Worcester sauce, 1/2 tsp red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp anchovy paste, 1 egg yolk.
- Whisk in olive oil until creamy.
- Add fresh pepper.
- When ready to serve put romaine leaves...no stalks, in bowl.
- Squeeze 1 lemon over lettuce, add ground Parmesan cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Toss salad and serve.
