Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 1 (8 oz) jar taco sauce
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 large tomato

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet; drain.
  2. Add chopped onions, taco seasoning mix, water, and refried beans; mix well.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon the beef mixture onto tortillas and roll to enclose the filling.
  5. Place seam side down in a greased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
  6. Mix taco sauce and tomato sauce in a bowl.
  7. Spoon the sauce mixture over the rolled tortillas.
  8. Sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  9. Bake until the cheese has melted.
  10. Sprinkle with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato before serving.
