Ingredients

  • 30 large pasta shells
  • 1 1/2 lb cottage cheese
  • 1/2 lb grated mozzarella
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 small package frozen chopped spinach
  • 32 oz spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells in salted water until tender; drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, grated mozzarella, beaten eggs, grated Parmesan, seasoned salt, pepper, parsley, and thawed drained spinach in a bowl.
  3. Stir to mix thoroughly.
  4. Stuff each cooked pasta shell with the cheese and spinach mixture.
  5. Arrange stuffed shells in a baking pan.
  6. Pour spaghetti sauce over the shells.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 to 40 minutes until hot and bubbly.
