Tips & Substitutions

For a richer flavor, consider adding minced garlic or Italian seasoning to the vegetable mixture. If you don't have medium noodles, you can substitute with any pasta type, adjusting the cooking time as needed. For a vegetarian twist, use vegetable broth instead of water. This dish can also be enhanced with a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.

Serving Suggestions

Serve Roman Noodles with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. This dish pairs beautifully with Lazy Day Lasagna for a comforting Italian-inspired dinner. Consider garnishing with fresh basil or parsley for added freshness. For a heartier meal, serve alongside roasted vegetables or a protein of your choice.

Storage & Reheating

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, microwave in short intervals, stirring occasionally, until heated through. You may want to add a splash of water to maintain moisture and prevent the noodles from drying out during reheating.
