Root Beer Crunch Cookies

- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat together butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and root beer until well blended.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- If the dough is too runny, gradually add more flour little by little until the desired consistency is reached.
- Gradually beat in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Stir in chopped Nestle Crunch candy bars.
- Drop by tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to racks to cool completely.
