Ingredients

  • 6 (6 oz.) lean lamb loin chops
  • 1/4 cup Chablis or other dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon dried whole rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from lamb chops.
  2. Place chops in a large shallow dish.
  3. Combine wine, water, rosemary, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic, stirring well.
  4. Pour marinade over chops; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, turning occasionally.
