Ingredients

  • 2 round deer steaks
  • 1/2 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Montreal steak seasoning

Instructions

  1. Take your round deer steak and cut into strips.
  2. Sprinkle your steak strips with Montreal steak seasoning and Dale's steak seasoning to your liking.
  3. Let marinate for at least 2 hours.
  4. Melt your butter or margarine in a skillet.
  5. Add the marinated steak strips, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet.
  6. Simmer for about 1 hour, covering the skillet.
