Rouse'S Chili
A hearty, flavorful chili with ground meat, tomatoes, and aromatic spices, perfect for satisfying cravings and serving with cheese, onions, or over chips for a comforting meal.

- In a Dutch oven, brown the chili meat and chopped onion in a small amount of grease.
- Add the Ro-Tel tomatoes, beef bouillon cubes, and 1 cup of water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1 hour on medium heat.
- Add garlic powder, ground mustard, oregano, cumin seed, chili powder, and an additional 1 cup of water. Stir well.
- Simmer the mixture for another 30 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of flour and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Serve hot with grated Cheddar cheese and chopped onion. Also delicious over corn chips.
