A vibrant cranberry salad with citrus, pineapple, and nuts, sweetened with gelatin and jello for a refreshing treat perfect for festive gatherings and family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 qt. raw cranberries
  • 2 whole oranges
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. gelatin
  • 1/4 c. cold water
  • 2 pkg. raspberry jello
  • 2 3/4 c. water
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. On the day before serving, grind cranberries and oranges; mix with sugar.
  2. Let the mixture set overnight.
  3. Dissolve gelatin in cold water.
  4. Mix jello with the dissolved gelatin.
  5. Add drained pineapple and chopped nuts to the mixture.
  6. Chill thoroughly before serving.
