Ingredients

  • Frozen bread dough
  • 1 lb hamburger meat
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • Minced garlic to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Cook hamburger meat in a skillet until browned.
  3. Chop the head of cabbage and onion.
  4. Add chopped cabbage, onion, and minced garlic to the cooked hamburger. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. Divide the frozen bread dough into portions and roll each into a flat circle.
  6. Place a spoonful of the meat and vegetable mixture onto each dough circle.
  7. Fold the dough over to enclose the filling and seal the edges.
  8. Place the filled pockets on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
