Ingredients

  • 2 large cans beets, coarsely chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sour cream

Instructions

  2. Mix the coarsely chopped beets, flour, vinegar, salt, and sour cream into the skillet with the cooked onion.
