Ruth'S Breakfast Casserole

- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Spread the stuffing in the bottom of the pan and sprinkle the seasoning packet on top.
- Layer the shredded Cheddar cheese over the stuffing.
- Add the browned and drained medium sausage and hot sausage on top of the cheese.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and then mix with milk, dry mustard, and golden mushroom soup.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage in the pan.
- Top with drained sliced mushrooms.
- Bake at 300°F for 1.5 hours. If it gets too brown before the time is up, loosely cover with Reynolds Wrap.
