Ingredients

  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing for pork
  • 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound medium sausage, browned and drained
  • 1 pound hot sausage, browned and drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Spread the stuffing in the bottom of the pan and sprinkle the seasoning packet on top.
  3. Layer the shredded Cheddar cheese over the stuffing.
  4. Add the browned and drained medium sausage and hot sausage on top of the cheese.
  5. In a bowl, beat the eggs and then mix with milk, dry mustard, and golden mushroom soup.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage in the pan.
  7. Top with drained sliced mushrooms.
  8. Bake at 300°F for 1.5 hours. If it gets too brown before the time is up, loosely cover with Reynolds Wrap.
