- Mix the pumpkin, beaten egg whites, skim evaporated milk, Sugar Twin, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg well.
- Pour the mixture into a Pam-sprayed 9 x 12-inch pan.
- Sprinkle the entire box of Duncan Hines no cholesterol cake mix over the top.
- Drizzle melted margarine evenly over the cake mix.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts over all.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350°F until set and golden.
