Instructions
- Mix eggs (as many as you need) as if they are scrambled; salt and pepper.
- Heat Crisco oil (enough to cover chips) and cut or tear tortillas (I usually cut them into 8 pieces) and cook them in oil until crisp.
- Slowly add eggs and mix.
- When eggs are almost cooked, add as much cheese and salsa as you like.
