Ingredients

  • 1 medium head lettuce
  • 1 package sunflower seeds
  • 1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound raisins
  • 1 jar Italian dressing or oil and vinegar
  • 2 boiled chicken breasts
  • 3 thinly sliced carrots

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken breasts, then cool and chop into squares, removing the skin.
  2. Chop the lettuce and place it in a large bowl.
  3. Add sunflower seeds, shredded Cheddar cheese, and raisins to the lettuce.
  4. Add sliced carrots and chopped chicken to the bowl.
  5. Stir all ingredients together and serve.
