Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/4 cups cooked chicken or turkey, cut up
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. pimento
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 package crescent rolls, divided into 8 triangles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, cooked chicken or turkey, shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped celery, pimento, garlic powder, lemon pepper seasoning, drained sliced mushrooms in a bowl.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the 8 crescent roll triangles.
  4. Roll up each triangle and seal completely.
  5. Optional: Dip tops in melted butter, then in a mixture of crushed bread stuffing and finely chopped nuts.
  6. Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
