Ingredients

  • 1 small can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 cup fully cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 2 oz Swiss cheese, diced
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup of syrup.
  2. Toss the pineapple lightly with the ham, grapes, and Swiss cheese.
  3. Line a salad bowl with lettuce leaves or a mixture of lettuce leaves.
  4. Spoon the salad mixture onto the lettuce.
  5. Chill before serving.
