Ingredients

  • 2 cans white tuna
  • 1 lb German potato salad
  • 1/2 lb marinated green beans
  • 3 sliced hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 head Boston lettuce
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • black olives

Instructions

  1. Blanch green beans and marinate in a small amount of salad dressing for 2 hours.
  2. Arrange Boston and romaine lettuce on the bottom and sides of a large bowl. Mound potato salad in the center.
  3. Flake tuna over and around the potato salad.
  4. Layer green beans, tomato, sliced hard-boiled eggs, and black olives on top.
  5. Dress the salad with additional salad dressing and toss at the table before serving.
