Ingredients
- 1 small clove garlic or garlic salt ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. sugar ⓘ
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 1 large can V-8 vegetable juice ⓘ
- 1/4 c. salad oil ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice ⓘ
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
- 3 tomatoes, finely diced ⓘ
- 1 cucumber, finely diced ⓘ
- 1 green pepper, finely diced ⓘ
- 1 c. shredded carrots ⓘ
- 1 c. thinly sliced celery ⓘ
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion ⓘ
Instructions
- Mix first 7 ingredients in a blender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
- Keeps for weeks in refrigerator.
