Ingredients

  • 1 small clove garlic or garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 large can V-8 vegetable juice
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1 cucumber, finely diced
  • 1 green pepper, finely diced
  • 1 c. shredded carrots
  • 1 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion

Instructions

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients in a blender.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
  4. Keeps for weeks in refrigerator.
