Ingredients

  • 1/8 lb. salami, cut in 1/8-inch strips by 1/2-inch long
  • 2 small green olives
  • 2 roasted peppers
  • 16 oz. soft cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of juice from the olives and 2 tablespoons of juice from the roasted peppers to the pan.
  3. Cook the salami until it becomes limp.
  4. Add the olives and roasted peppers to the pan.
  5. Cook for 1 minute, stirring gently.
  6. Add the soft cream cheese and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot or let it cool slightly.
